We sincerely appreciate your abstract submission and participation in the ICMART 2025. It is our great pleasure to have you at this congress. The ICMART 2025 will be held as an off-line meeting. Poster presenters will be asked to submit their poster as a paper at the on-site.
Please be fully informed of this guideline for your poster exhibition.
Presentation Language
The presentation should be in English or in French, which are the official languages of the ICMART 2025.
Formatting the Poster
Please make sure to include the poster exhibition code, title and presenting author’s information (name and affiliation) on the top of the poster. You can find the poster exhibition code in the attached list.

Location : Hall d’exposition niveau 2 : (PO 001-PO …)
Q&A : Individual Q&A times are less than 10 minutes per one abstract.
Please note that only those who conduct Q&A sessions in front of their posters during the Poster Session will be eligible for the Award.
Schedule for Affixation & Removal
Affixation : November 07 Friday, 8:00-10:00
Removal : November 09 Sunday, 15:00-16:00
Please note that the secretariat will discard posters that have not been removed after the removal time.

Registration
All presenting authors are requested to complete the registration with payment. Otherwise, the abstract cannot be included in the abstract book of the ICMART 2025.
