Guideline for poster exhibition

GUIDELINE FOR POSTER EXHIBITION

We sincerely appreciate your abstract submission and participation in the ICMART 2025. It is our great pleasure to have you at this congress. The ICMART 2025 will be held as an off-line meeting. Poster presenters will be asked to submit their poster as a paper at the on-site.
Please be fully informed of this guideline for your poster exhibition.

Presentation Language

The presentation should be in English or in French, which are the official languages of the ICMART 2025.

Formatting the Poster

Please make sure to include the poster exhibition code, title and presenting author’s information (name and affiliation) on the top of the poster. You can find the poster exhibition code in the attached list.

Tous les auteurs sont priés de compléter l’inscription avec paiement. Dans le cas contraire, le résumé ne pourra pas être inclus dans le livre des résumés de l’ICMART 2025.

Regulation

Please refer to the following instructions :

Authors should bring the poster directly to the site and attach it to the panel.
3M Double-sided tape and adhesive taps will be available to attach your poster to the panel. (The tape will be provided at the staff desk)

All presenters should remove their posters at the designated removal time. If not, posters will be removed by staff without notice and the organizing committee will not take responsibilities for any damages or losses of posters.
Please check the poster number on the poster panel installed at the venue and attach your poster accordingly.
The screening will be conducted during the poster session November 08, Saturday16:20-16:40. The presenter should present in front of poster at that time.

Règlement

Veuillez vous référer aux instructions suivantes :

Les auteurs doivent apporter l’affiche directement sur le site et la joindre au panneau.
Du ruban adhésif double face 3M et des robinets adhésifs seront disponibles pour fixer votre affiche au panneau. (La cassette sera fournie au bureau du personnel)
Tous les présentateurs doivent retirer leurs affiches à l’heure de retrait indiquée. Dans le cas contraire, les affiches seront retirées par le personnel sans préavis et le comité organisateur n’assumera aucune responsabilité pour tout dommage ou perte d’affiches.
La projection aura lieu lors de la séance d’affiches le samedi 8 novembre, de 16h20 à 16h40. Le présentateur doit se présenter devant l’affiche à ce moment-là.
