  • Medical student & medical retired person – Upload proof of student status (Student ID or Enrollment Certificate) on the ICMART 2025 sign-up page.

  • By registering and paying the registration fee the participant has agreed to comply with the terms and conditions.

  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Proceedings of the congress

Registration Terms

  • All payments should be made without charges for the beneficiary.
    The registration fee will be charged depending on when the actual payment is made.

  • ONLY Online registration is available at the conference website.
  • The registration will not be complete until you have paid your registration fee, and the registration confirmation email is sent.

  • Payment must be made in Euros.
    Participants from countries where restrictions apply to transfer foreign currency should contact the Organizing Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy

Participants have the option to cancel their tickets within a certain period of time before the event date. Refunds will be issued as follow.

  • before august 30th, 2025 full refund
  • before september 1st, 2025 50% refund
  • from october 1st, 2025 no refund

An administration and banking fee of 20 euros will be deducted from the refund.

Participants may transfer the ticket to another name only after prior approval of the organizer and payment of an administration fee of 30 euros.

In case of event cancellation, participants will be entitled to a full refund. In case of rescheduling of the event, participants have the option to either request a refund or use the ticket for the new date. Participants are equally entitled to refund in full in the case they can provide prove of their national governmental pandemic restrictions traveling to the France.

No refund for any other reason : Refunds will not be issued for any other reason, such as change of mind or personal circumstances.

No refund for partly used tickets : If a participant has used a portion of a multi-entry ticket, no refund will be issued for the remaining entries.

Refund Method : Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. It is also possible that the organizer choose to pay the refund by (international) bank transfer. In that case additional bank information will be requested.

Processing time : Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame, usually within 30 days after the refund request has been received.

Liability

The organizers nor the venue can be held liable for any lost or damage to personal properties or health of the participants. The participants should arrange their own insurance to cover any medical costs.

Scientific Contributions

All scientific contributions, either as an abstract, paper, presentation, workshop or any other communication are the sole responsibility of the author or presentator and do not reflect the opinion neither the view of the Organisation, the ICMART, the FAFORMEC, the ABMA, or the ASIA.

Contributors and researchers also declared to have obtained all necessary approval from any applicable ethical review board and declared to comply with obtaining all necessary informed consent according to the Helsinki protocol.

Pictures and videos

Pictures will be taken and videos shot by the staff hired by the Organizers. By registering for the congress the participant authorize the Organizers to use photographs and videos for promotional and didactic purposes.

Participants wishing not to be filmed or photographed should indicate their wish clear and unmistakably to the Organizers.

Terms and conditions

By registering and paying the registration fee the participant has agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.

  • admission to all scientific sessions, presentations, workshops and commercial exhibitions
  • coffee/tea/pastry starter, morning coffee break, warm lunch, afternoon tea break and free wifi in Congress place
  • Welcome Reception with drinks and snacks on Friday evening
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Proceedings of the congress

After registration a confirmation email will be sent along with the discounted booking link for the congress hotel.

Ne pas oublier de joindre votre règlement par chèque libellé OCNA ROUEN 2020 et la copie de votre justificatif pour les étudiants ou retraités.
