Presentation title Acupotomy Approach for Post-Surgical Syndrome Treatment
Scheduled Day 3, 9:00 – 10:30
Presentation summary
Post-surgical patients often experience various complications, such as pain, tissue adhesion, and restricted joint movement, which significantly impair their quality of life.
The most common symptoms include postoperative stiffness and persistent pain.
While appropriate rehabilitation therapy can lead to recovery, the process is often prolonged and may result in permanent sequelae.
This study aims to report cases of acupotomy treatment in patients experiencing persistent pain and limited joint range of motion after surgery.
It also seeks to explore the mechanisms of adhesion release and highlight the diverse indications for acupotomy therapy in addressing these complications.
