Presentation summary

Introduction :
Mind Acupuncture is a meridian-based psychotherapy that integrates the SaAm Acupuncture with Neo-Confucian Psychologyy.
It is designed to regulate conscious and unconscious emotional energy expressed through bodily sensations and autonomic responses.
This approach offers immediate relief for specific phobia, panic disorder, and trauma by modulating themeridian system through a structured protocol.
It can also induce changes in underlying thought and belief patterns.
This workshop will include theory, clinical cases, and live demonstrations.

Method :
Panic, trauma, and phobia involve sudden emotional and physical reactions.
Mind Acupuncture regulates these by adjusting Yin-Yang, Five Elements, and Six Qi of meridians through SaAm Acupuncture and Five Shu Points.
Treatment begins with clarifying emotional goals.
Conscious feelings are broken into simple descriptions; unconscious emotional energy is accessed via Qi-transformation & metaphor, converting emotions into sensory and symbolic forms. This allows emotionalchange without verbal processing.
Meridian functions are then activated or balanced through Basic Circulation Acupuncture and SaAmAcupuncture. Qi Circulation Breathing, JungSimJoo (focusing pain meditation), and Opening Six Organsacupressure enhance the effects. The full protocol is repeated until emotional change is achieved.

Results :
Patients report rapid relief—often within minutes—from fear, chest tightness, and breathlessness. They alsoexperience improved clarity, calm, and self-regulation. Results are consistent and reproducible.

Conclusion :
Mind Acupuncture transforms emotional patterns through sensory awareness and meridian modulation.
As previous studies suggest: “Mind Acupuncture was created to treat modern emotional suffering using thewisdom of Eastern philosophy.”
It combines Eastern philosophical insight with structured clinical tools, offering a new, fast-acting option fortreating anxiety-related disorders using acupuncture.
