Presentation summary

Retrospective study : 28 pregnant women
Patients are referred by their obstetricians, midwifes, or general practitioners for breech presentation.
Consultation from january 2019 to june 2025. Average term: between 32 to 38 weeks

Protocol :
Points : BL67 moxibustion during about 5 min x 3 ( the patient must feel the intense heat) andpuncture about 20-30 min
Each 5-7 days , 2 or 3 times.

Results :
20 / 28 return baby after acupuncture : 71,4%

Conclusion :
Acupuncture and moxibustion at BL67 (Zhiyin point) have positive effects on breech presentation.
The best term is from 32 to 34 weeks but it is possible to use acupuncture at 38 Weeks.
This technique is effectiveness and safety.
