Background : 
Non-specific low back pain (NSLBP) is one of the most common musculoskeletal disorders worldwide and has a considerable impact on patients’ quality of life and healthcare systems. Differentiating between functional and degenerative causes is essential for effective treatment. Conventional therapeutic approaches often offer only limited relief, especially in chronic cases. This paper examines the effectiveness of neural therapy and acupuncture as promising regulatory treatment methods for both functional and degenerative back pain.
Methods :

Non-specific low back pain (NSLBP) is one of the most common musculoskeletal disorders worldwide and has a considerable impact on patients’ quality of life and healthcare systems. Differentiating between functional and degenerative causes is essential for effective treatment. Conventional therapeutic approaches often offer only limited relief, especially in chronic cases. This paper examines the effectiveness of neural therapy and acupuncture as promising regulatory treatment methods for both functional and degenerative back pain.
Conclusion :
Neural therapy and acupuncture are valuable therapeutic modalities for both functional and degenerative low back pain. Their effects on the autonomic nervous system and chronic pain mechanisms make them particularly effective within an integrative, multimodal treatment strategy. As minimally invasive and cost-effective procedures, they represent evidence-based methods with high patient acceptance. Further clinical research is required to solidify their role in modern pain and rehabilitation medicine.
