Presentation summary

Vagus Nerve Stimulation is a technique used for different indications that is known for several decades.

As theear is partly innervated by the vagus nerve through its auricular branch, in recent years the auricularstimulation of the vagus nerve has become increasingly popular because of its practicality, non-invasiveness and promising results.

The author will present this technique based on neuro-anatomical studies and will translate this to possible applications in auriculotherapy.
